Shaylah began her college education at Holy Names University in Oakland, CA where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2017, Shaylah obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. She also holds two certifications in Mediation and Couple’s Counseling. After 5 years of working in the field, She decided to pursue her Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in performance psychology.
Shaylah is a licensed professional clinical counselor serving adolescents and adults in the bay area. She believes that we all possess the strengths we need to tackle our issues, but sometimes we need help bringing these strengths to the surface. Her goal is to empower her clients and help them discover their amazing potential. She provides a warm, safe space for clients to feel comfortable identifying, exploring, and replacing the problematic thoughts and behaviors that have kept them from living their most valued life.
