Dr. Outlaw is a licensed psychologist (CA PSY23676) and Clinical Director of Journey of Life Psychological, Inc. He completed doctoral training at Arizona State University, a pre-doctoral internship at Butler University and BehaviorCorp, and a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical assessment at the University of Houston’s Counseling and Psychological Services. His professional work spans psychological assessment, academic persistence, community mental-health leadership, and national psychology examination development.
