Assessment services
An evaluation is more than a score. We bring information together, explain what it means, and help you understand the path forward.
What to expect
Cognitive, emotional, and personality testing for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations. Usually completed over two or three sessions to reduce fatigue.
Attention testing combined with a full IQ test, clinical interview, observation when appropriate, and rating scales.
Intelligence and academic achievement testing to identify cognitive and academic strengths, growth areas, and possible learning disability.
Emotional and personality testing to clarify thoughts, feelings, personality structure, coping, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations when cognitive testing is not needed.
Standardized intelligence testing providing information about multiple areas of cognitive functioning and relative strengths.
Standardized academic achievement testing describing subject mastery, academic strengths, and areas for improvement.
Assessments are conducted when requested by Disability Determination Services. Begin a disability request through the Social Security Administration.
The original clinic policy states that most clients pay half at the first session and the remaining balance at feedback. When a school observation or visit is required, travel and observation are billed at an additional $100 per hour and due in advance. Confirm current pricing when scheduling.
