Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Secure telehealth is available for clients who reside anywhere in California.

Do you see children and adolescents?

Yes. The team includes clinicians who specialize in children younger than 13 as well as adolescents.

Do you offer custody mediation?

Yes. Journey of Life contracts for child custody mediation independent from the court system. Ask the office about current availability.

Are you certified for Alameda County anger management classes?

The original clinic FAQ states that the practice is not currently certified. Contact the office if you need updated information.

Is a sliding fee available?

Yes. A discounted fee schedule is available based on family size and income. Contact the clinical director to confirm current eligibility.

How long are therapy sessions?

Individual and couples/family sessions are generally 50 minutes. Group sessions are generally 75 minutes.

Can I use out-of-network benefits?

Many plans provide out-of-network counseling benefits. Ask your insurer how many sessions are covered. The clinic can provide an end-of-month statement for reimbursement requests.
